Acceptance of Terms

By installing the Xweet extension or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use our services.

Description of Service

Xweet is a browser extension that allows users to post tweets directly from any webpage without opening Twitter. Our service includes:

• Right-click menu integration for tweeting
• Twitter authentication and posting capability
• Free and paid subscription plans

User Accounts

To use Xweet, you must connect your Twitter account to our service. By doing so, you:

• Authorize Xweet to post tweets on your behalf
• Confirm that you have the right to grant such authorization
• Agree to comply with Twitter's Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription Plans and Payment

Xweet offers the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited to 3 tweets per day
• Pro Plan: $5/month for unlimited tweets

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Provide accurate and complete payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about subscription cancellations and refunds.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Xweet to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Violate Twitter's Terms of Service
• Post spam, abusive content, or harass others
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to reverse engineer the extension or bypass usage limits
• Use automated scripts to interact with the service

Intellectual Property

Xweet and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Xweet, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the service

Xweet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Third-Party Links and Services

Xweet may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
