At Xweet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for your Xweet Pro subscription.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Xweet Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@xweet.app with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your Twitter account
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The refund is requested within 14 days of the initial purchase
  • For yearly subscriptions, the refund is requested within 14 days of the initial purchase or within 14 days of the annual renewal
  • The account requesting the refund is the original purchaser

Refund Processing

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Subscription Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:

  • When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to Xweet Pro until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and go to the subscription settings page.

Prorated Refunds

For refund requests outside the 14-day money-back guarantee period, we may, at our discretion, offer a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

No-Refund Scenarios

Refunds are not typically provided in the following cases:

  • More than 14 days have passed since the initial purchase or annual renewal
  • The refund is requested due to features that were never advertised or promised
  • The account has violated our Terms of Service

Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise. If you encounter technical issues or other problems with your subscription that fall outside our standard refund policy, please contact our support team. We evaluate these situations individually and strive to find a fair resolution.
